My experience at Crown Hotel is very satisfying. Indeed, the room interiors were good. Washroom is excellent. Even room service was good. Indeed, they were in to renovation work, so I had a morning walk outside the hotel. It was a fantastic experience. The food quality was good. Given a chance I may stay over there again and again. I stayed for couple of days during a business trip. Room was large, clean and well maintained. Food was good. Front desk was prompt and helpful. Lastly the location of the hotel is very convenient, just nearby the NH connecting Kolkata Mumbai.
We were 4 ladies all in the age group between 60 and 70 , we found our stay very pleasant and comfortable , the staff were very polite and helpful , the food was also good and reasonably priced , would defiantly recommend this hotel the rooms were large and clean.
